Here I am finally back in the big apple and I couldn’t be more happy. My two roommates and great friends of mine inspired me to get to work with tapping into my creative side and composing this post. It started off as a gloomy day and to no surprise my blankets seemed to be calling my name to stay wrapped up in them watching Netflix all day. However, the love for this blog, the motivation from my true blue babes, and the sun coming out (Vitamin D does wonders) had me up in the streets of SoHo getting a little salty. Climbing on scaffolds (yes I googled the correct name for those things they put up when they are working on parts of the street) was pretty fun. I mean I had tourists snapping pictures of me like I was a real celeb/model/crazy person.

So here are more details of my rainy day that turned rad:

Romper: LF specifically from LF SoHo check that place out bloggers the staff is amazing and they have items worth making the trip for from wherever you might be coming from.

Confession: I hate rompers! I think everyone has a type of clothing they feel they can’t wear because it doesn’t flatter them. My fear of fabric consists of rompers. I love the way they look on everyone else but myself. However, remember how I said the staff at LF SoHo was fabulous. They encouraged me to give this romper a chance because it actually looks like a dress on and to my surprise I loved it!

Jean Jacket: I packed a light jean jacked to throw over the romper incase it got a little chilly later on. Mine was from the clothing company Blank which can be purchased in many different stores and online.

Shoes: My thigh high suede boots are from Stuart Weitzman which can also be purchased in stores or online.

Bag: Prada tote in Cameo

Happy Friday everyone I hope you enjoyed the end of the week post as much as I did!
